Training of operators
Based on our long experience we have for 25 years added value to customers in the paper industry by offering training for staff at paper machines, water treatments and sludge dewatering.
We help our customers to develop both experienced and new personnel in controlling their processes. It can be from three up to thirty people in each group. Or even only one person at a time, that needs an update in the effects of our chemicals in different applications.
The training of course covers the chemical functions, but also the effects of the chemistry on the processes. We also talk about how the effects can be used to adapt the machine parameters and other process settings.
We always do an analysis with the customer of the training and development needs. The chemistry is often perceived as something abstract that you don’t want to or dare to get involved with. Therefore every single training session is adapted to the actual application and the level of knowledge among the operators. We are not talking about chemical formulas but about practical application and handling of the chemicals we deliver and the effect of their usage in different applications.
Our training sessions help the staff to find optimum dosage levels and settings of machine and process parameters. It increases their comfort in their profession and increases their level of independence.
