ACAT

ACAT (Applied Chemicals Anwendungs Technik), with its head office in Vienna, distributes chemicals in Central and Southern Europe, as well as Russia, South Africa and Asia. ACAT’s roots go back to the late 1940s. But the company’s current focus was established in the mid-1990s.

In the Pulp & Paper business area, ACAT is our partner for products used for retention, fixation, dry strength, water purification and sludge processing.

The close collaboration with ACAT also enables us to offer advanced analysis using their specially developed analysis method, the ACAT Pitch Counter (APC), to identify and analyse process stickies, resins and white pitch deposits.
