Imerplast becomes Bright Green Plastics under new ownership

At the end of 2019 Imerys divested its business with recycled compounds to the American investment company AIAC. This lead to a relaunch of the company Imerplast UK Ltd under the new name Bright Green Plastics.

As an independent company Bright Green will continue to have great focus on developing the possibilities with recycled plastics materials. Through the unique compatibilizing technology, that is key to the Imerplast range we have worked with for several years, Bright Green will take the development further by tailoring recycled mix of PE/PP to be used in a list of new demanding applications where virgin material so far has been the only option.

At ACM we see great possibilities for this range in the plastic processing industry in Sweden. The products are adapted to injection moulding as well as for extrusion and wood/plastic composites.
