Good development during a challenging first half of 2021!

We have now completed the first six months of 2021 and so far it’s been a year with great activity in the market. I think you have all experienced great volatility when it comes to supply och costs for both raw materials and transportation. For us at ACM it has been a great challenge when supply, lead times, transport delays and also Brexit has forced us into new working practices and routines. We see some of them as temporary and we target a return to old routines in early 2022, but some factors as e.g. Brexit will affect our handling of certain transportation forever.

During this period with a lot of disturbances the Swedish industry at the same time has shown very high economic activity and we don’t see any slowdown in our customer segments within the foreseeable future. Therefore we have seen a postive trend for our turnover this year and we have had an intensive period with a lot of requests and interesting projects that have been initiated this spring. We believe in a continuous strong development during the second half of the year and it will be exciting to see the results of the ongoing projects. When it comes to the supply situation we expect continuous challenges during the rest of the year, but the faith in our partners and our tremendously dedicated customer service staff Eva and Monica makes me confident that we will handle also the rest of the year in a very good way.
