Dyes
Color is a factor that creates added value for certain paper products. Dyes therefore represent a crucial part of our product range for paper manufacturers.
In 2013, we initiated a partnership with Robama, the Spanish manufacturer of dyes for the paper industry. This enables us to offer direct dyes and basic dyes from their range. The product range also includes optical brighteners in the form of disulphonic, tetrasulphonic and hexasulphonic products, which are used in stock, size-press and coating applications
There is a close link between dyes and our products for retention and fixing. As an experienced partner in wet end chemistry, we can work together with Robama to develop suitable dye solutions for our customers. We can also offer support from staff at Robama who have a wealth of knowledge about the products and different applications. Robama conducts tests on site at the paper mill, but can also conduct them at their test laboratory in Spain.
